New Line of Toro® Turf Renovation Equipment Available for Landscape Professionals
BLOOMINGTON, Minn. (October 27, 2011) - The Toro Company now offers a line of turf renovation equipment, expanding its equipment offerings for professional landscape contractors. Backed by Toro's commitment to quality and service before and after the sale that customers have come to expect from Toro, this new line of aerators and slit seeders are an ideal addition to any turf-care professional's equipment fleet.
“Toro continues to focus on developing new and innovative products for the professional landscape contractor and equipment rental industry,” says Neil Borenstein, senior marketing manager for Toro compact utility equipment. “The integration of these products gives customers more options from the Toro brand. Toro's turf renovation line will exceed customers' expectations for performance and productivity.”
As part of the new turf renovation line, Toro now offers two aerators - a 21-in Single Hydro walk-behind, and a 30-in Dual Hydro Ride-on - so customers can choose the model that best fits their particular needs. Toro aerators are designed for high productivity and are compact enough to go anywhere. With zero-turn maneuverability, variable speed (?) and (reverse operation) reversible traction drive, these aerators can easily get into and out of tight areas.
Toro's 20-in silt seeders are capable of power-seeding, dethatching and verticutting. These 3-in-1 machines hold up to 40 lbs of seed, allowing operators to seed up to 8,000 sq. ft. without refilling. With zero-turn maneuverability, even on hills, and a variable-speed drive system that allows forward and reverse operation, the new Toro silt seeders offer customers maximum productivity on every jobsite.
