Toro® Multi-Stream PRN Sprinklers Offer Professional-Grade Delivery Options
RIVERSIDE, Calif. (Spring 2012) - Homeowners that want golf course quality lawns this season need to look no further than the Toro® Multi-Stream PRN Rotor for their in-ground irrigation systems. Modeled after the world's leading gear-driven rotor for golf applications, the Multi-Stream PRN incorporates innovative technology that will deliver results, without wasting valuable resources.
The Multi-Stream PRN is powered by a proven gear-driven nozzle that holds up to the elements. The nozzle's wind-resistant, multi-stream, and multi-trajectory pattern system features two customizable delivery modes - full circle and adjustable arc - and offers users exceptional water delivery with radial ranges of 14- to 26-feet, as well as 15 unique streams with different trajectories for exceptional coverage. Toro's Multi-Stream PRN Rotor aso features MPR technology - Matched Precipitation Rate - which delivers .55 inches of water per hour, ideal for adhering to strict municipal regulations and watering windows. This means that the Multi-Stream PRN Rotor saves water and may qualify for rebates from local water authorities.
The Toro Multi-Stream PRN is also unique in that it does not rely on pressure to deliver water. The gear-driven mechanism offers consistent speed of rotation, regardless of system pressure. System owners will get optimal results, while running the system at wider operating pressure ranges of 20-75 PSI.
Additionally, the Multi-Stream PRN Rotor's gear-driven nozzle produces output power 10 times stronger than the output torque of competitive sprinklers. This means that when blades of tall grass or other debris may slow other systems down, the Multi-Stream PRN powers through.
The Multi-Stream PRN Rotor is available with a 1/2" inlet and 4" pop-up body to clear medium to tall grasses and is offered at ShopToro.com, at select The Home Depot™ stores and Orchard Supply Hardware™ stores.
